AR obole, 2nd century B.C.
Head right, the hair formed by three interlocking chevrons. Behind neck, three small globules each extended by a wavy line.
Galloping horse left. Above, remains of a rider. Below, four globules placed in rhombus, three are connected by a fine line.
0,36 g. DT 3633 var. (no motive above the horse) ; www.snl87.fr/lemovicesfractions.html, 2.6 (same dies). Extremely rare. Beautiful dark cabinet patina. Extremely fine
